POLICY
Shipping Policy
- B.L.U.S.H by Joelle ships local and internationally. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Order placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the day of purchased. (Not including weekends). Expedited or overnight orders that are placed before 11am CST will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders that are placed after 11am CTS will be processed and shipped out the following business day. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 3-5 days.
- Signature will be required upon delivery for all package. Please make sure you or someone is available to sign for your package. If no one is present to receive the package, your package will be return to the nearest postal office. In order to retrieve your package, you will need to report to the USPS office to sign for it.
- You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location.
- Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we will be unable to cancel that order.
- By confirming an order with B.L.U.S.H, you have agreed to our terms and policies.
Lost and Stolen Packages
- If there has been a confirmation from USPS that your package has been delivered and you did not receive or signed for it, you must file a claim with the USPS as B.L.U.S.H by Joelle is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Return and Refund Policy
- Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales and transactions are FINAL and are not refundable. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to our customers. However, we are working on bettering our services to give you the best experience when you shop with us. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Exchange Policy
- We will only exchange a size if the items we’ve shipped to you does not fit.
- All items eligible for exchange must be in its original form, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- All items must be free of stains, body odor, makeup, deodorant and returned to B.L.U.S.H within 7 days upon receiving your package. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees during the exchange process.
- Please be aware that all Sale items, or promotional items are nonexchangeable and is FINAL SALE.
- Please include a note with the size you desire and the order to better serve you.
- Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after your items has been delivered to us.
- B.L.U.S.H is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage in order to file a claim with the mailing agency.
